When examining a business' marketing materials, there is always a "better way" in which they could have presented themselves and their products/services.

Have you ever wondered, though, what it would be like to be on the receiving end of your own marketing?

If you could somehow become another human for 5 minutes, and you saw a flyer for your own business offering... would you quickly grab your phone to initiate a purchase?

Or, would you toss the flyer in the trash and move on with your day?

As a business owner, it's likely that you have no problem recognizing the value that you provide.

You know exactly why your products/services are priced the way that they are, and, you (likely) believe they are worth even more that what you are advertising!

However, it can be a healthy exercise to put yourself in your client's shoes.

Is your offer so compelling that people would be crazy not to choose you over the competition?

Have you effectively communicated the value that you are going to provide?

Have you made it easy for people to do business with you? Or, are you making them jump through hoops?

Have you shown them what their "success" will look like once they've done business with you?

Take a fresh look at your marketing materials, today. Even better, ask a neutral third party to take a look with you.

Putting on your customers shoes will help you run faster and further than ever before.
