The "Court of Last Resorts" is the market.

You can have the "best" website on the planet. You can have the "best" product/service on the planet. You can even have the "best" team on the planet.

However, at the end of the day, the market decides whether or not you are worthy of receiving their money.

The market is the Court of Last Resorts, and, they vote with their dollars

This is why it is so important to test the market with your advertising efforts. There is no "perfect" way to position yourself. You must be willing to experiment with fresh content (copy, video, graphics, etc.) along with A/B testing so you can determine how to best reach your target audience.

Keep in mind... you can "do everything right" and still not turn a profit if you are not willing to pivot and put in the work of performing the proper testing needed.
